Sea of Thieves begins its second monthly update with Dark Relics - finneymyseat

Sea of Thieves kicks disconnected its future monthly update with Dark Relics, the second installment of the regular content arrivals to Scarce's Orcinus orc sim.

Dark Relics is a new risk in which an abominable skeleton crew make nicked the titular artefacts from the Order of Souls, and it's down to the copyright infringement players to take them back. Thither are three revolutionary Voyages to undertake for this take exception, from The Wilds, The Shores of Plenty, and The Ancient Isles. Additionally, there is one other Voyage that will demand Plagiarizer Legends straight to the heart of The Beelzebub's Roar for more Dark Souvenir fragments. Retrieve all five relics and be handsomely rewarded for your trouble.

That's not altogether. Ships are sinking all over the seven seas, and concealed inside the wrecks are the new Reaper's Chests. Drag the pectus from the waters and comeback them for tonnes of Doubloons, but once the Reaper's Mark is upon you, the ship will be revealed to all rival crews on their mapping. Ensure your rowboat is in warring fles to secure the Reaper's bounty.

Infrequent has also fixed and improved a deal out of gameplay features, including ranged and melee fighting, parvenue items to be found in Barrels of Plenty, and added a rowboat with a harpoon cannon. The whole list of changes are here in the release notes.

Sea of Thieves is out now for PC and Xbox Unrivaled. Watch the Dark Relics announcement video below.
